About GLUCH Communications
Since 1987, we have been transforming the communication of companies worldwide in a holistic and manufacturer independent way with a focus on messaging, meeting and, above all, complex calling environments including peripherals such as contact centers.
In our in-house research and development laboratories, we analyze new technologies at an early stage – independently or in cooperation with a number of manufacturers. Together with our experience from countless national and global projects, this allows us to constantly stay ahead of change.
In addition to comprehensive strategy consulting, we accompany our customers with a focus on multi-vendor interoperability, integration, transformation and adoption in their respective, individual environments. We are ready to step in at any stage of project of all degrees of complexity to provide consulting and professional services. About me
Dipl.-Ing. Daniel Gluch has more than 30 years of experience and references in the ICT industry and is referenced as one of the world’s most experienced communication collaboration architects for multinational companies with over 100 000 workplaces each, predominantly for highly complex telephony and integrated meeting/video conferencing platforms.
Due to his career in research and development, as well as in the areas of sales and service, with leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Telenorma/Bosch Telekom/Tenovis/Avaya, Ascom, Daniel has long-standing, good relationships and contacts with all of today’s relevant manufacturers in the collaboration environment such as Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom and others.

Managing Director at GLUCH Communications (Full time). As Managing Director and Lead Principal Consultant of GLUCH COMMUNICATIONS Daniel personally conducts the holistic and independent analysis and strategy consulting. All collaboration architecture blueprints and transformation plans in global and highly complex projects are designed by Daniel himself. In his own R&D labs, Daniel develops market analyses and multi-Vendor interoperability-, integration-, coexistence- and competitive studies, supports clients in tenders and conducts audits of manufacturers, service providers and integrators.
